首采工作面运输平巷支护效果分析及顶板离层仪的改进

Analysis on support effect of the first mining face’s haulage roadway in Yanjing No. 1 Coal Mine

摘要: 回采巷道的支护效果直接影响回采工作面能否安全、正常的推进。以盐井一矿首采工作面为研究基础,现场监测运输平巷的巷道变形量及顶板离层量,并对监测数据进行分析。同时,根据现场实测发现:对于那些顶板较为破碎,围岩不稳定的巷道,现有顶板离层仪不能满足其监测要求。因此,改进了原有的顶板离层仪,提高了顶板离层仪的监测精度及顶板离层监测的连续性。

Abstract: The support effect of haulage roadway directly affect safe and normal advance of the working face. This pater make the first mining face in Yanjing No. 1 Coal Mine as the research basis, field monitoring the deformation of roadway and the roof abscission layer of the haulage roadway, and analysis the monitoring data. At the same time, according to the problems that found at the field, we make some changes in the original roof abscission layer instrument.
